Damages and issues
We take so much care packaging your items, however the courier company may not take the same care getting your purchases to you. Please get in touch with in 24 hours of delivery and we can sort out a replacement. items must in in the original packaging, items will be picked up from the courier company for inspection.
Exchanges
Purchases are final, please choose carefully.
Refunds
We do not take refunds for change of mind, however of you item is faulty or arrives damaged please get in touch via email hello@potterscorner.co.nz
We will be happy to sort a replacement or refund. Shipping costs are not able to be refunded.
